I beleive I called this on 27.08.06 in Kurt Angle released. thread! Yay me.

Seriously, 1 month is not long enough for this guy to heal - though as long as TNA keep him on a light schedule, he should be ok. WWE released him for his own good, the last thing we want to have to do is watch another Tribute show and montage video; and that is what it will come to soon if he doesn't slow down.

Apparantly, as he waived all rights to the rest of his contracted money, the 90 day no complete claus is null and void (I think I got that from 411Mania.com) not sure if that is the case though.
